Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload or share through our platform does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes:

• Documents uploaded for quiz generation
• Text content provided for quiz creation
• Any shared quiz content
• Profile information and user-generated content

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI technology generates quiz questions based on user-provided content. While we strive to create original questions, users should be aware that:

• AI-generated content is based on the source material provided by users
• Users are responsible for ensuring their source material does not infringe copyrights
• Generated quizzes should be used in accordance with fair use principles
• Commercial use of generated content may require additional permissions

8. Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
• Review the notice for completeness and validity
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Provide information about the counter-notification process

9. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a false or fraudulent DMCA notice.
